The hot chamber die casting machine automatic working process :
The automatic working cycle of the machine is as follows: die closing →injection → injection delay
→injection return →cooling delay → die opening → ejection forward→ ejection backward →push off
→push off back→ detect casting → spraying the die casting mould →die closing →.
The action of Die closing and die opening will by the double-toggle connecting rod expanding-force unit. At the same time, the machine uses the gear-driven unit with special emphasis on ease of operation and ensuring an accurate depth of parallelism between the moving platen and the fixed platen.
The injection unit of hot chamber die casting machine including gooseneck pot , oil cylinder , nozzle and other heating parts . The complete injection unit is fixed on the machine base bracket, which is a part of machine base.
Ejection unit for die casting----The machine is equipped with a hydraulic ejector with an ejection force of 35kN. It can set the ejection times in the human-computer interface.
spraying die-casting moulds with lubricant --- Die-casting machine should use the water-solubility lubricant for its die-casting moulds. When using oily lubricant for its die-casting, pay attention to avoiding fire hazards.
Push off unit for die castings ----The machine is equipped with a pneumatic push off unit which is mounted on the rear bracket of fixed platen. After die-opening and ejection, the push off unit begin to start.
