The die casting machine will need many processes from start to be finished . Some processes is dangerous , so safety production is very important for the factory .
About the safety production , the factory has made several provisions ,such as :
when operating , the operater must wear the safety helmet as required .
2.Fire fighters must check the storage of fire extinguishing facilities such as fire extinguishers every month and make a record of it. Spare parts and debris are not allowed to block the fire box. 3.Workshop road is not allowed to pile parts and sundries, to ensure that the workshop safe passage is smooth.
4. Gas and oxygen cylinders are not allowed to be placed together (ensure a safe distance of 5 meters or be sparated by a partition wall).
5.After use, all types of gas cylinders must be placed in a position with anti-dumping measures
6.Employees must wear safety labor protection shoes issued by the company when working in the workshop
